As Head of Development and Construction, Branden takes projects from vision to reality, overseeing every stage of the process—from design, construction, and implementation to permitting and approvals—while leading the team that brings each project to life.

As Founding Principal, Dale guides the company’s vision to build distinctive, authentic assets that create a lasting impression. From deal origination to site acquisition to fundraising, he ultimately oversees every project from start to finish. His developer skillset includes new construction, adaptive reuse, and value-add in hospitality, office, and energy. He oversees all of Silverstone’s assets and investor relations.

As Head of Financial Strategy and Analytics, Bill uses his start-up mentality to lead the company’s end-to-end financial modeling. He turns ideas into viable project models and conducts due diligence and financing for each project while also overseeing Silverstone’s corporate and financial strategy.
